Melrose Mold Solutions is a family business operating in this field for nearly a decade, certified and insured as Indoor Environmental Professionals. Our team maintains the highest industry credentials and continuing ed and we believe every home we enter should be treated like our own.
After nearly a decade in this field, we have seen firsthand how mold and biotoxins can impact more than the home and body. It can bring stress financially, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and even sometimes relationally. We understand this, and our holistic process takes all of these factors into consideration.

Andrew Melrose is an Indoor Environmental Professional and the founder of Melrose Mold Solutions, providing on-site environmental assessments across most U.S. states alongside nationwide consulting services.
With nearly a decade of hands-on experience in mold and moisture investigations, we are known for delivering thorough, science-driven evaluations grounded in building science and environmental health.
We hold multiple advanced assessment certifications—including CMI, CEMA, and MAC—as well as IICRC credentials in AMRT and WRT, and continues to deepen his expertise through ongoing education in health- and building-related disciplines. Andrew’s work is guided by a clear mission: to cut through the confusion surrounding mold and moisture issues and provide families with clear explanations, sound guidance, and practical, actionable solutions they can trust.
